Our first blizzard...

It is a bit hard to find the footpath in places!
An estimated 26.2 cm of snow fell here in Englewood yesterday but today the sun is shining and it is all beginning to melt away.
Building 5: where we live

It is hard to see where the snow stops and the cars start! Lucky Delilah is safely parked in the undercover car park and Matt hasn't picked up his new SUV yet.

Beware the overhanging snow from the roof above the footpath!

Especially on the sunny side of the building where it is melting FAST!

Our corner apartment on the bottom floor

The snow ploughs are making mountains of snow as big as trees!

The car park snow mountain

REALLY beware the stalactites!!!

Especially when hanging from doorways!
I suspect this is bad luck like walking under a ladder but if it isn't someone should begin that myth right now;)
Kinda cool when not overhanging doorways though:)

And walking around the neighborhood this morning after about a foot of snow in 24hrs everywhere we went the dogs are surrounded by a wall of snow that the ploughs have just pushed aside to make the path visible.
