Yesterday Matthew did an 80 km cycle from a friends house in Highlands Ranch to the Red Rocks Amphitheater over looking Denver. It was his last training ride before the 150 mile two day cycling event sponsored by his employer Newmont which is this coming weekend. He doesn't feel as fit as the previous few years but it will have to do!
